RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Unfortunately,  due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the returning of pierced jewellery.

Returns (other than Pierced Jewellery)

  • You can return your item within 14days after your purchase. 

  • Returns must be unworn, unscratched, undamaged and in original packaging, otherwise a full refund might not be given. 

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the approved Return Request.  Please don't send your item until you have received an email confirmation from us.

  • The cost of return postage is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • In the case of a return, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • In the case of an exchange, the cost of delivery of the new item will be covered by SilverSerpent

Exchanges (other than Pierced Jewellery)

  • You can exchange your item within 14days after your purchase. 

  • Exchanges must be unworn, unscratched, undamaged and in original packaging. 

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the approved Exchange RequestPlease don't send your item until you have received an email confirmation from us.

  • The exchanged item is subject to availability.

  • The cost of return postage is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • As soon as we received your returned item, your exchanged item will be dispatched. 

  • The cost of delivery of the new item will be covered by SilverSerpent.

Returning 'Clearance' Items

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges of stock clearance items.
